The change of time gives rise to new professions in the market
Six or seven years ago when Tik Tok first hit the market and boys and girls started making races, we all used to make fun of them but now their image is completely different. Back then, not only us, but many people used to joke about them that they have no future, they make vulgar contains, they will not be able to survive in the market for longer than expected, etc., but now their market value and their monthly income will surprise many. Currently an average person earns around 10 to 12000 rupees per month but nowadays a Tik Toker or a reels maker earns around 1 lakh rupees per month and that too is not considered as much income. Today they are called social media influencers, which means that their status has grown, but once people joked about them, it proves that they were right, and those who joked about them were wrong.
The issue is not about the content maker or the reel maker, but the issue is that many people did not understand the air of the era at that time. We did not understand the idea that people’s professions can change according to the fact that everyone is changing. I saw at a young age how well a photographer used to make a living and his income was very high at that time but nowadays this profession does not contribute much. Even a cassette seller depended on that profession alone to take care of his family but now this profession does not exist it has been destroyed with the passage of time. Again, there will be many professions in the future that we may have no idea about now and people will continue their lives depending on them.
Those who can keep pace with the times are the real survivors. I once saw Bengali cinema’s Prosenjit Chattopadhyay acting in many commercial films, then he started acting in some classical films. Currently, when his market is very bad, he is earning money by performing on stage. It is said that if one does not have these skills to keep up with the times, one cannot survive for long in the competitive market. A few days ago I was talking to a social media influencer and incidentally the girl was only in class nine and she charged me 3000 rupees for doing just one advertisement.
That is, the progress they have made in life can definitely be said because when we were at nine stand we couldn’t have thought of earning this money.Times have changed and with time they have chosen their own profession. I have also seen many people who depend only on this profession to get ahead in life. I don’t know what kind of new profession is going to come in the future, but whatever profession comes, we have to adapt to it with time, only if we can’t adapt ourselves to the developed world or the changing world, we will become non-existent at some point.
