Halala is a barbaric practice of Islam that is still practiced in many places today. It’s ridiculous to say that Islam gives women the most respect.
Once I heard that a very famous Bollywood actress, Meena Kumari, had to undergo halala, although I could not verify the authenticity of the news. This is an Islamic practice where if a husband pronounces divorce three times to his wife, even if it is by mistake, he cannot remarry her. If the husband later realizes his mistake and wants to accept her back, then according to Islam, that is not possible and she has to go through this process of divorce. A second person must marry the woman and spend one night with her, then it will be considered halala. In most cases, a religious person, and sometimes even a brother-in-law or father-in-law, have to perform halala. In most cases, Muslim women who are mistakenly divorced by their husbands have to perform halala with their father-in-law or brother-in-law. Although many Muslims do not want to admit it face to face, it is still a must in Islam today.
Many women are being forced to commit suicide for these halal reasons because we all know that Muslim women are never free, it is a completely patriarchal society. I have personally seen many educated people support barbaric practices like triple talaq and halal under the pretext that Islam is under attack. I have said before that Muslim society will never be able to develop because even if a few educated people emerge from this society, they do not care about social reform but rather try to further degrade the people who are lagging behind. Nowadays many Hindu girls are marrying Muslim boys and running away but if they know Islam well they will never take this decision because converting to Islam means selling yourself to these devils who will tear your body apart. Every religion has some good things and some bad things, but this Islam is a religion where there is no such thing as good things, only such dirty things, and if anyone wants to reform this religion, he will be killed it’s sure.
