What is the main difference between worker or producer and owner side? Why the producer cannot achieve success by going above a certain height? Do employers still exploit workers?

There is always a complaint from people who work at the labor level that they work hard but don’t get what they deserve, not just from one or two people but from many people. A private company I work for has a doctor driver and he works under one who often complains that he is not paid fairly despite putting in a lot of hard work. But there are a lot of capitalist kings, they are using the labor of all these people and they are becoming the owners of a lot of money. Even if they work for decades, their condition does not change, but the owner’s condition changes very quickly, that is, they complain that even after working all their lives, running a family is very difficult for them, but how comfortable the owner’s life is.

It is true that labor has no value in India today.I myself am a middle class family boy and my father is a laborer by profession.I have seen it myself that even after working so much the laborers or people involved in cottage industries do not get value for themselves while those who are doing business in those things become owners of lakhs or crores in very few days.It is really sad. However, the labor side also has some fault in this regard. They cannot keep proper account of money with themselves. Most of this class of people exhaust their savings by drinking and hence they never get to experience the happiness of being rich. On the other hand, owners who are very realistic and relatively smart never spend on these. For example, growing up in a village environment, I have seen that farmers or vegetable sellers can never make much profit. Let’s say that this year the production of potatoes is very low, so the price of potatoes is high this year, so the next year, farmers invest in large quantities of potatoes, and due to the simultaneous production of large quantities of potatoes, the price falls. While traders have this intelligence, it is usually not possessed by farmers or producers, so they cannot be very profitable at times, while traders take their profits. It is true that the capitalists or investors exploit the laborers or the producers in various ways, but they are not the only ones responsible for that, but the farmers or producers themselves are also guilty of it. It is sad to say but it is true that farmers or producers in India have not kept up with the times and still many of them cannot use technology and thus they are lagging behind in foreign trade. A large part of this cultivator class is uneducated and therefore it is very possible to mislead them by some political party and hence their development is very slow. If any producer or worker or those directly connected with the work feel that they can meet their demands but they must first prepare themselves for it. Not only should the owner be blamed, the owner blames the worker and the worker is also responsible for this. The worker is not aware and does not know about their rights. That is why they are not exploited. Only if the workers or producers are aware of their fair wages and keep abreast of the matrimonial world in addition to their own work, can they argue with the owners and get their dues from them. I am also personally looking forward to the day when an owner and worker or producer will get their own fair wages maybe that day we can say that every people of our country is free we have no right to say this before that.
