Biharinath hill is 1480 feet high in Shaltora village of Bankura district of West Bengal state of India. At the foot of the Biharinath hill is a huge banyan tree and in the upper country is the Biharinath temple where there is a Shivalinga where devotees throng to water the Shivalinga in the month of Shravan.

Also, there are Hanuman temple, Barma temple. Standing on the top of the hill, the viewpoint of Bankura can be seen the green scenery full of forests all around. Biharinath hill is the highest hill of Bankura. There is no ropeway to climb the hill but there is a way to climb but condition of that road is not good. in short, this tourist spot has not been modernized yet. on the day of Shivaratri a big fair is organised here. in February march month this region is covered with red palash flowers.
