Entrepreneurship is very much needed in the Indian financial system today. Learn to think of yourself as an entrepreneur by moving away from the mindset of servitude to others.
Over the past few centuries, India’s economy has not developed as much as it should have, as a result of the increasing emphasis on employment in the Indian mind, there has been a great lack of entrepreneurship. That’s why it is currently seen that there are a lot of people who need jobs but there are no people to give them jobs. Today there is a great need of entrepreneurship in the Indian economy so the students are being made aware of the need of entrepreneurship in different parts of the syllabus in India so as to develop their interest in entrepreneurship.
But of course there is a good side that slowly the tendency of people to become entrepreneurship is increasing especially among the young generation because now they can feel that the number of people giving jobs is very less so unemployment is increasing in the world and the only way to solve the problem is to develop yourself as an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur not only solves his own employment problem forever but also provides employment to many more people thereby contributing not only to his own family but to the society in the same way. Sometime ago a food delivery person came to me and he was discussing this with me and after a while he said that there is no better option than working independently, it allows you to fully utilize your brain but when you are working under someone. You will not be able to fully utilize your intellect and conscience. He also said that apart from working under an organization, he is also trying to build something on his own which if he succeeds, he will definitely be able to establish himself financially. Actually the problem with us is that when we start thinking of ourselves as entrepreneurs we think that we will create something big first but instead of thinking about these we have to start from small. Only then we will be able to build a much bigger organization after a while. Under that it will be possible to eliminate the problem of unemployment of many people but it is not right to imagine something big first. An entrepreneur has to face many storms in the beginning but gradually he moves towards success. We have to gradually remove from our mind the tendency to work under others and imagine ourselves as entrepreneurs and act accordingly. Then a time will come when we will develop ourselves as entrepreneurs and make a significant contribution to the society as well as the country.
It must be remembered that the one who is selling a few vegetables in the market is also an entrepreneur so we must respect him as an entrepreneur because he is doing his work constantly and he is doing his own business independently without working under others. The first thing you need to become an entrepreneur is courage. This courage must be present in every person and along with it, business acumen and interpersonal skills must be learned. Many people think that capital is necessary to become an entrepreneur, but it is not the only necessary element. At the same time, you have to imagine yourself as an entrepreneur and create the qualities that an entrepreneur needs in himself. Only then it is possible to develop yourself as an entrepreneur. You have to erase it from the mind that you are an ordinary person and think of yourself as an entrepreneur all the time. You have to realize that there is a potential in every thing and you have to acquire the knowledge of how to practically make it a commercial success. A successful entrepreneur needs to have many qualities but the most important thing is to change the mentality of being a slave to others. Because getting rid of this slave mentality is the number one quality of being an entrepreneur that you must have then there are factors like capital risk etc. If we can change our mindset then the whole world will change for us only need a little courage a little persistence then we can take India forward one day. Jai Hind.
