Ram Navami festival was celebrated specially in West Bengal. There was no unrest anywhere this year. West Bengal Opposition Leader Subhendu has rightly said that Hindus are peace loving Hindus never like any unrest. That is why even after celebrating such a big festival, there is no news of any unrest anywhere in West Bengal. No one can say that people of other religions were forcibly persecuted on the occasion of this festival. Any Hindu follows his own religion and respects other religions, which should be the case for every religion. But many people say that Hindus are intolerant, but in reality, if Hindus were truly intolerant, then people of other religions would not be able to live in India, or their percentage of the population would decrease day by day. But in reality, that does not happen. This means that Hindus are very tolerant, and as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said, there cannot be a single Hindu family among 100 Muslim families. Hinduism rarely sees violence among individuals, most people are peace-loving.

People of different religions live in India and each of them has the right to observe the customs and festivals of their religion and it is the responsibility of the police to ensure that no unrest is created. I would definitely like to thank the West Bengal Police because there were no reports of any unrest on the occasion of Ram Navami except for two or three incidents. Yesterday, Hindus were attacked while celebrating Ram Navami in a place called Uluberia in Howrah district of West Bengal, so this time we were quite afraid that there might be some unrest, but no such incident happened, we must thank the police. I hope that Hindus will be able to celebrate their festivals in such a peaceful manner in the near future.
