If you just want to live in life then you can work under others but if you want to live like a king then it is better to do business.
Was talking to a gentleman he is a business man though he is involved in a job he has a history of how he got that job with the help of a man but now he is successful the main reason is he is a successful business man. He was discussing with him for a long time and suddenly he said that if you want to run the family in any way then you can do it by working but you can’t enjoy personal luxuries so you have to be a businessman only then you will get the freedom and necessary money. I also completely agree with him, I have seen many examples in the social system of India where the worker or employee does not get his true value if the work is done for others. A few days ago I was talking to an elderly man who was telling me about his life’s hardships where he said that he worked for a company for almost 50 years but when his retirement time came he was fired by the company without paying any money. This is the system in India. I also feel that there is no point in working in a private organization only to help others to generate profit but when I myself need money or there will come a time when I will not be able to earn money that time I won’t get any help. There are many people who don’t have enough capital or can’t take the risk they just want to work under others or many people have compulsions and circumstances that make them work under others despite suffering but I know this is very sad and painful.
The biggest disadvantage of working in a private company is that you don’t get any leave you need. Let’s say you plan to travel somewhere with your family member for 10 days, but if you ask for that 10 days leave, the first thing is that the company will not give you leave easily. Or even if they give you leave then the company will not give you that 10 days money so next time when you get your salary you will realize that you have got much less money so next time when you think of traveling you might be behind this is the biggest thing in working in private company. It is not that much money can be earned in government jobs but one of the biggest benefits is the life assurance i.e. if you work in government sector you will have life assurance which is why many people prefer to marry a government employee. Besides, the most common problems faced by workers in private sector are excessive work pressure and low salary due to which many lose interest in work. Many young women bear all her insults knowingly because they are afraid of losing their job because they know that if they somehow lose their job, there may be a big danger for their family. Taking advantage of this opportunity, the private companies are increasing the pressure and responsibility on the employees, but compared to that, there is no salary increment every year, even though the entire company is making a lot of profit, no extra benefits are given to the employees.
Inequality is gradually increasing in the society. On the one hand, some people working in the government sector are enjoying high social status, on the other hand, they have no government service because they could not pay a bribe, so they have to work in a private organization for a low salary. I have seen many examples in my life. Both men and women are victims of this harassment. Rather, in some cases men have to endure more torture because their responsibility towards society is much greater than that of women. I don’t see any decision taken by the state government and the central government to ensure that the workers are treated humanely and their lives are protected in these private organizations. They only increase the salaries of government employees when time comes. Their thinking seems to be that only government employees come to this society to enjoy the benefits. The rest of the people only have to suffer and be exploited. This is the rule of all these private companies. However, every one of us has to stay in this system compulsorily, I don’t know how long this problem will be fixed, but it seems that the situation is getting worse with each passing day. Maybe our next generation will have to see worse days, maybe more difficult situations are waiting for them, maybe their lives will be much more difficult and difficult than ours.
