The main attraction of Jayaram Bati is the mother temple and birthplace of Ma Sarada Devi or it an a shelter of Ma Sarada. Jayarambati is a place where you can get a peace of mind. Jayaram Bati is located in Bankura district of West Bengal state of India. Mother Sarada Devi was born in 1853 A.D. Mother Sarada Devi was married to Sri Ramakrishna Parama hansa deva at the age of 9. Shri Shri Matri Mandir Swami Sarada Nanda founded the Matri Mandir on April 19, 1923. There is an old house of Maa Sarada Devi which is to the left of the entrance to the Matri Mandir where Sarada Devi stayed till 1915 AD and a new house where the Matra Devi Sarada Temple is now. Many people religious devotees’ ascetic devotees today to take initiation from Mother Sarada Devi. After the establishment of Sri Sri Matri Temple, Maa Sarada Devi’s album-bound photo was worshiped and there is a rumor that Maa Sarada Devi herself worshiped her photo, later on the centenary of Maa Sarada Devi i.e. 1994 AD, a white stone idol of Maa Sarada Devi was installed here. Opposite to Nati Mandir is Parna Pond, which was used by Mother Sarada Devi. There is also beautiful Narayan Dharma of Sarada Devi’s house deity.
