Frustration among 90s generation, Cheap Educated Labours in India
The young generation in India especially those who were born in the 90s seem to have been born with a lot of sins, yes I am saying this under compulsion. Presently both Central Government and State Governments of India are not taking any positive role in employment, especially if I talk about West Bengal State Government then they are totally failed in employment. When we were young, we saw that our seniors always tried to get government jobs, many of them got government jobs again or if they didn’t get it, they established themselves in some other private sector, but now that chance is very less. It is a fact that when a boy completes his graduation, he has no technical knowledge, then he is forced to work in a logistics company, or to work in sales, or to work as a security guard, housekeeping. I can see it day and night, so I have the courage to express it.
I am saying from my own experience that atleast 30 to 40 percent of the boys born in 90s will remain single because after 30 years they are not getting any job security companies are taking them for two months three times three months contact then they remove them after the contact. How can they get married in such an uncertain world, how dare they get married. Similarly girls are suffering especially those girls who are educated are facing many problems as they are unable to get married as well as they are not getting any suitable boys who are ready to marry them as most of the boys are still unemployed. During this Durga Puja or Kali Puja, various logistics companies hire manpower for two months or three months, they don’t need any intelligent manpower, only work like labor. So all those children are forced to do all the labor work I am not belittling the labor work but if he doesn’t get work according to his qualifications then it is very difficult for him as I myself have been a faced in my life. An educated girl can’t find any job suitable for her and from where will she get there is no such thing as job in west bengal there are only few logistics companies who give jobs for two months this is the reality of west bengal even though the situation is not very good in whole india since 2012 or 14 The workplace in India has become much worse. I can say that for sure.
I don’t know when this thing will change, but the children of our generation have been spoiled, all that can be said is that maybe later if a good government comes to India or West Bengal, then maybe this situation will change. But I don’t know how long that day will come. We have grown so much through these bad days. We have passed from youth to youth and from youth to middle age. My request to Govt of India and Govt of WB please think about employment your people vote not only to enjoy power you have to do some work for public. A large number of boys and girls are completing their graduation every year or getting higher education where will they go will they leave their families for employment in foreign countries? If this is the case then why do you come to the common people to ask for votes except every 5 years if you fail to provide employment to the people then you have no right to enjoy this power please think of the common people. And let the common people live with a little peace that’s all the common people want.
