Jewel Style Developed in Medieval India
Madan Mohan Temple which is a pattern of jewel style developed in medieval India. The temple is situated in the heart of the Cooch Behar town. It was constructed by Maharaja or King Nripendra Narayan in 1889. The deities include Lord Madan Mohan (which is another name of Lord Krishna), Ma Kali, Ma Tara and Ma Bhabani.
Rush Puja & Rush Mela

Unique Feature of this Temple
Although the temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna but still there is no idol of Radha besides Krishna here. Such temple was built in a unique design that cannot seen in any other temples. The combination of Shivaism and Vaishnavism is seen here.
