My Opinion about Adult Industry and working in there.
Today I was watching an interview with an adult movie star whose name I can’t quite remember. He was basically giving the interview in Hindi and the one who was with him means the interviewer was a woman. Basically the question was how adult movies are shot and the actor was discussing his experience with everyone. At one point he said that when bad times come in life i.e. when no one can find work in the industry then he comes to work in this adult industry. And he also said that before coming here, the actor or actress must discuss with his/her family and make a decision and then come back because after coming here, one cannot go back easily. These web series videos go viral so quickly that almost everyone watches such videos so there is no place to hide. And besides, no one can succeed in this industry if there is shame in the mind because here intimate scenes have to be shot with unknown actors or actresses, so there is no place for shame here. He spoke with great fluency and it was evident that he has built up a lot of experience in this industry. Another director in this adult industry was asked that you are not ashamed to do such films as a son of a Muslim family. To this he replied that he was out to earn money and anyway he had to earn money and go home so he didn’t care much about what he was doing. Such directors or actors and actresses openly discuss this issue with various members in their homes, in fact they are not willing to think anything bad about it being a part of sex life. One thing I have noticed among them is that whether they are actors, actresses or directors they are not willing to think about the future so much they are doing what they can and doing it with a lot of heart and many of them have achieved fame. But one thing must be admitted that there is a lot of courage in them because without that they would never have been able to work in this kind of web series or industry because they are also common people they also have to leave the house like us and common people may find them of different types. May ask bitter questions. The interview was quite long and most of the questions they were asked were about how intimate sims are shot or whether the actors and actresses feel comfortable while shooting. Although neither the director nor the actor admitted it verbally, his expression suggested that the actresses who were here were there for a compelling reason. Maybe many of them came to Mumbai to participate in mainstream cinema but when they spend long time in Mumbai and don’t get any chance in any cinema they compulsively enroll in adult industry to survive. Actually not everyone can be Shahrukh Khan or not everyone can be Madhuri Dixit it is completely true this world is not as easy as it seems from home. If we think about ourselves we will realize that when we were in college or home schooling the world seemed very easy to us and then we dreamed a lot but when we came to reality we realized how hard it is. Success here comes much later, to survive one has to work hard and a lot of time passes. It is not possible to find similarities between real life and fantasy life. They are two completely different things. I do not find any fault with these actors, actresses or directors, so I do not support their work, but in reality they are doing what they have got to survive. I find no fault in them.
There are also many people who talk a lot of nonsense about porn but they watch porn with their wives at night, not to deny that a large number of people in India watch porn or watch such erotic movies. So my question is if the people making that product are doing something wrong then the people who are buying that product or using it or can say watching those movies are not doing something wrong? If we continue with all these ideals, there will not be a single person in today’s society who completely abstains from such things. That is, on the one hand they will protest and on the other hand they will enjoy the thing, both cannot be together, at least those people have no right to speak against all these porn or erotic movies whatever they say. But one thing I came to know in the interview which I didn’t know before is that all these movies are not shot in India or they are uploaded on the internet not from India but from outside India. Although they target the Indian audience, the reason is that the Indian audience has a little more interest in all these movies. Then the director is asked how his child would feel if he saw all these works of yours i.e. watched all these adult movies and was influenced by them. He replied that we used to secretly watch porn or watch erotic movies when we were younger, we didn’t have internet but somehow we managed it so there is no need to think about it because when the boys grow up they gradually get this. Things will arrive no matter what. I’m not reacting to his words because I don’t agree with him but I have nothing to say against him because it’s just that people have to change with time. Things that we called bad twenty years ago are easily adapted to them now, so can we say that we were bad twenty years ago or we are bad now. In fact, some questions cannot be answered. The answers to the questions may not be so simple. Actually we have fallen in this world in a boundless sea where we are certain to die but we are trying to survive as long as we can and everyone is trying in his own way. Not everyone can be a big star or an actor, but that’s why their stomach will listen to them. Why do they have to do something to run their stomach? Because no matter how much we call them bad or criticize their work, if they stay at home for a month without work. Even if he lives and immerses himself in spiritual activities, we will not take the responsibility of running his family, so I don’t think we have the right to talk much about his activities. There are many people who will give you great knowledge but won’t hand you 100 rupees or 500 rupees if you really need the money so you need to leave what people are saying and do your own work better. Because at the beginning of life we have many dreams in our eyes, but at a time when we have to fight with reality, survival becomes the most important thing in life, then the ideals that we were taught at a young age don’t add much meaning to us. Keeping the hunger of the family members is our biggest responsibility. We are aware of the important or personal lives of those working in this industry. There may be many of them whose family members are alive because they are working so we have no right to fix their character depending on their work.We should change our own thinking with time. Because at the end of the day he has to get his own food and no one else gives it to him.
