No civilization can develop without an educated community
Nowadays people of India especially people of West Bengal understand one thing that if they don’t get a government job after getting education then their life is a failure. In fact, it is because of such misconceptions that our country is so backward economically and socially. This thing does not happen in any developed civilized country of the world where education is compulsory but that does not mean that everyone will get a government job. If you are educated and yet assume you are in a profession where many uneducated people are also working then after a while you will be considered different in that profession according to your merits and in that case your name will be considered first for promotion as well. Education is that which increases the fertility of your brain, so no matter what profession you are involved in, you can prosper in that workplace with your talent. I have seen many people who troll educated people because the economic condition of educated people is not very good nowadays and they may think that educated people are a curse, they are completely wrong. I heard a story from my father that he used to work as a factory worker and had no educational qualifications. An educated person worked with him as a laborer and my father had a very good friendship with that person. Even if the company manager said something to either of them, the two of them would protest at the same time, such was their friendship. Later that educated person got a good opportunity in the field of work because he had educational qualification but my father could not make any progress in life in that sense because he had everything but no educational qualification. The point of saying this is to show you that educational qualification matters in a big way.
It is true that the condition of the educated community in India at present is deplorable because the industrial development has not been made as such. So they are not getting proper space to show their talent. And that opportunity is being used by some individuals to troll the educated community which should not be done at all. In fact this country and society depends on educated people, if educated people do not get their true status then that society can never progress as we have seen in many fundamentalist countries like Pakistan Afghanistan where educated community has no respect. There was a time in India when this educated community was held in high esteem and given proper status according to their merit. That is why at that time India was at the peak of development but now times have changed now the educated community does not have that value that’s why today thieves and robbers are running the country together. That is why India is falling behind economically and socially. There is a need for both educated and uneducated sections of the society, both have different but important tasks, but as we see today, the educated community is forced to do all the work that the uneducated do, which can never be desirable. If I mean very practical I went to a company where I went and saw educated community working as labor and uneducated community with no educational qualification supervising various tasks which should never happen. This will send the message to a large section of the society that educated people do the work of labor and uneducated people do the work of managers. I am never underestimating the work of labor because my father also raised me to work as a laborer but it is also unfair if everyone does not get work according to their merit so we should consider that aspect as well.
