Parts of mutton that were once unsold have now become so popular that they are being sold at high prices, and food bloggers are making a lot of money by showcasing them.
In a developing country like India, where a large number of people live below the poverty line, it is not possible for everyone to eat goat meat, so many have now started eating mutton unsold parts. I am sharing my personal experience. When I started living in the city, my father taught me to eat this meat and I also realized that this meat is available at a very low price and that is a great advantage for a middle-class family like us. Currently, I see everywhere on social media that street food makers are now selling various genuine unsold mutton parts, and Chusta, Charbada are these have quietly become very popular among them. Although they are sold at a much higher price after cooking, if we can buy mutton pieces from the store, which are not usually sold, we can easily enjoy them at a low price. At least for poor families or middle class families, they are a good enough food because they contain a sufficient amount of nutrients, and are also very good to eat.
What is most infuriating is when some people condemn this type of food. They may be very aristocratic people, but they have no right to make any negative comments about the food of the poor. The reason is that everyone eats according to their ability. I am a food lover, so whenever I get time, I bring a little more of all the parts of mutton and cook it. I enjoy eating it with my family. This pleasure is different. Maybe we don’t have much money to bring more good motton but we don’t see anything bad in it. It is quite enjoyable and currently all this motton parts are very popular. People are forced to change their tastes depending on the time and their economic situation. I know that at one time people might have felt disgusted with eating these foods, but in the current context, these foods are becoming people’s habit. However, I would like to request those who didn’t eat these parts of mutton to please eat them. I hope you like it because many things look bad from the outside or from the top, but when you get into them, they taste good.
