Patience or endurance is one of the great virtues of man and for achieving success..Don’t give feedback in all cases as it destroys many relationships or disrupts the balance of your work environment. Endurance makes people strong from within..
I listen carefully to each person and I get something important from each person that I try to apply in my life and I am very successful in this. That’s because I think every person has some good things and some bad things, if we can accept the good opinion from the bad and discard the bad and move forward in life then we will surely benefit. One thing I have noticed among the young generation at present is that they don’t think very positively about Mahatma Gandhi. I object here because a person cannot have all the bad things in him. This is my personal opinion and no one can deny that India’s Mahatma Gandhi played a major role in the freedom struggle. That’s why today we remember Mahatma Gandhi not only in India but outside India there are many countries like South Africa where the people respect Mahatma Gandhi in the same way and people of India can never forget the contribution of Mahatma Gandhi and how many decisions and ideals he has shown. If we follow them then maybe we can benefit a lot in life.
A colleague of mine was discussing that he follows an ideal of Mahatma Gandhi which is the principle of tolerance which means that in every matter I will respond this method can never be right because if you follow this rule you will end up being bad to many people and there will come a time. I have seen it in practical life when you are not acceptable to any man. Assume someone is torturing you or exploiting you you will definitely protest but it should be methodical ie every little thing if you start reacting then the relationship will not last be it your work place or your personal life many times you face it. You have to learn to tolerate, because tolerance is a human quality. But that doesn’t mean I’m saying you shouldn’t protest injustice or condone all injustice or exploitation. But in practical case you have to wait till a certain limit and till the time the person who is exploiting you has to understand well and in most cases he understands because no human being is bad no one will ever wrong another person in any way for life time. It also true that God resides within the mind of every human being no matter how ugly he may appear from the outside. Endurance makes man very strong Man may seem weak but he is strong because endurance has turned him into stone He is a far traveler He will not travel near He travels far.
Now I come to those people who protest in words, in practical life I can never call these people successful because many times we have to endure a lot, don’t be over active in every thing, it will affect your career very badly. As I have also seen in the case of husband and wife that in many cases the husband cannot accept each other’s little things to survive. That’s why their relationship breaks up later though they regret it but don’t do anything then. That colleague of mine was saying that because of his endurance he was able to create a place in the workplace that no one else could achieve. If he was saying that it was completely true because when he joined that company it was not so favorable to work for him. He has fought against the circumstances and at times he has had to bear many insults but he has endured and by his own endurance he is established today. Let’s say if he had protested in the first place he would not have built this place today because maybe there would have been a time in protesting when he would have lost his existence and that is what actually happened. I myself have witnessed in my own life that the power of tolerance takes people from where to where because after a time when you pass all the tests of tolerance you realize that you are very strong from within but tolerance means you will accept wrongdoing for years. I’m not saying it’s not right to react to every little thing I’m saying don’t mean it or you shouldn’t ruin the relationships you love for being this over active Tolerance will take you to another level if you can trust it. But nowadays people explain this patience or tolerance weakly or promote it negatively but it is not correct. Today the number of divorces is increasing due to the lack of tolerance among people. At one time the number of divorces was not so high. Hope no one can object to this point of mine. When I started my career I used to give feedback on every little thing and the results I got in hand because I was no longer sustainable in any company. That’s because I didn’t know what endurance or patience is and how much it is needed at work though later I understood its importance and now I am an established person. Patience makes you a responsible person as you will see a father works with great patience in his field of work maybe he also has to bear many adverse situations but because of that patient strength he goes ahead disregarding all the adversities surely it is his It is a fact that many family members can eat because of good quality today. So let me conclude by saying that learn to be patient learn to be patient it will make you so strong from inside that at one time you will think that someone can break a stone with two hands you will become so confident and only rely on this approach By doing this, you can easily overcome many adverse situations in life.
