Root Cause & Remedy of Unemployment Problem in India

The biggest problem that students in India will face tomorrow is unemployment. From what I have personally experienced, I am saying that the root cause of this unemployment problem is our education system. From childhood we study more things which are not useful in our practical life yes, I am forced to say this because when a student passes his graduation, and he has no practical knowledge then he has to face problems when he enters the workplace. Many unnecessary subjects are included in our syllabus, but they are not related to the things which are needed in present day i.e. in our workplace i.e. to make a living. Many may say that the government has failed to bring new industries into the country, and I can’t completely ignore it. Yes, that is also true, but our own problem is the government’s problem. Many may say that the government has failed to bring new industries into the country, and I can’t completely ignore it. Yes, that is also true, but our own problem is also there because that companies will find skilled workers but they don’t get skilled workers but there are many workers, but they don’t have skills i.e. they couldn’t develop themselves in that way. Although it is not their fault, I think it is a fault of the entire education system’s problem.

Young Generation from middle class homes have to suffer the most problems i.e. those who are only studying but have no fixed target for their future as is the case with many at present, myself being an example of them. I have seen myself in rural middle class families who educate their young generation only hoping to get a government job, but when they don’t get a government job they get totally depressed and they often blame the boy who may have nothing to do. There are two formulas towards the village, first of all get a government job or if you don’t get a government job, spend the rest of your life by paying tuition, you can’t really think where we are, if our mentality continues like this, we will never be able to stand by our family even if the development of the country will be stopped. Although one good aspect of this is that now in the government schools, I see that vocational education is being provided although the results are not available at the moment but after 10 to 15 years, I think the unemployment problem will be reduced. I was watching a video where a wise man was saying that the biggest thing hurting the young generation of India today is the prospect of getting a government job. That is, a large number of students or young generation assume that somehow, they have to get government jobs or else they will have nothing to do in life. In fact, this thinking has left our country far behind and as a result unemployment problem is increasing day by day because of a certain reason. Many people will get government job and most of them will not get it i.e. all those people will get depressed, and they will assume that they are failure in life and dark days will come in their life.

The area where I grew up is mainly from farming families, I also saw that the sons of farming families are trying not to focus on agricultural work but how can they get government jobs is also a problem because the work they have learned from childhood if they take that work forward. If they don’t want to, then the future generations will have to handle the agricultural work, which is a very bad aspect because agriculture is the first step in the development of any country. Unemployment problem will increase. I’m not just talking about farming; we should keep the family’s background because we keep getting worse in hopes of getting better. Then after doing that if we have time then I will think about the second thing. But there is a tendency among people that they are not thinking too much about the initial steps, they are thinking about advance, and as a result they are missing the basics and getting nothing in return, resulting in unemployment.

Many people say that to get out of this situation the government should bring in a lot of industry. I think even if the government brings in a lot of industry, the problem will not be solved because the companies will not hire any unskilled workers they need skilled workers but it is true in India that There is a great lack of skilled workers, those who are educated will not be of any use for any work, then he must have technical knowledge, it is not only if he has knowledge of physical science, he will become a skilled worker. We can develop ourselves as a skilled worker. Another big problem is that India has a huge lack of entrepreneurs. There is a huge lack of entrepreneurship in any community except the JOIN community because everyone wants to find a job but there is no one to give them a job. Let’s say for example I am growing up from childhood and growing up with the hope that when I grow up, I will get a job. If not, I dream from my childhood that I will grow up to employ ten people. Could have been much bigger and I would have had some role in solving the unemployment problem of the government, but I can’t play any role in solving the unemployment problem But I myself have become a partner in that unemployment problem.

Another problem in India is the power of creativity, although this power of creativity comes from vocational education, it should not be assumed that everyone will get creative power by taking vocational education. In reality it is the opposite i.e. if someone wants to create something by himself everyone laughs at him and tries to suppress him as much as possible, we have to get out of this place otherwise development is never possible, and unemployment problem will increase day by day. The only way to solve the problem of unemployment is to train the young generation from an early age to acquire creative abilities. In other words, they should not only be educated in moral education, but they should be educated in such a way that they can benefit the society. Human education is also important in this case, which we see in developed countries, but we can’t think of anything without the moral education of our country, so we have to come out of this place as much as possible. If possible, we should be educated in technical knowledge. Which can be given only from childhood. By observing the movement of a child from childhood, he should understand in which direction he is more capable and push him in that direction so that he can become educated and play a leading role in the society, if possible, then the problem of unemployment will be reduced a lot. We need to talk to big companies about what kind of skilled workers they need in the near future and provide skill training from a young age is only possible if we are not able to fight unemployment in the next generation, this problem will increase day by day.

That is, if there are 100 people in my society, those 100 people should become proficient in various subjects. If only educated in moral education, the unemployment problem will never be solved, and we should aim first to improve agriculture because in a country like ours where more than 70% More people are involved in agriculture so can’t insult that sector anyway, we have to improve that sector then I think half of unemployment problem will be solved. In addition, the rest of the vocational education development of creative abilities can be dealt with through these, but only one road can never be in the way of development, we have to think from different aspects. Only then can we gift India a better generation.
