Cursed Library of Kolkata
Cursed places we have heard a lot but very few have heard about cursed library. This building of National Library was earlier the residence of Warren Hastings who was the first Governor General of the East India Company. People say still he still lives and roams here in the night. Even many people can feel someone’s existence at here. But till now nobody is harmed by these paranormal activities. Even during the day, a different kind of silence can be seen through the whole library.
What the Story Behind it
Warren Hastings was charged for corruption during that time, and he was impeached. He could not prove that he was innocent. People believe still his soul roams throughout the library to find those papers which could prove him as innocent.
Winess Security Staffs
Once a security guard saw a palanquin crossing from one side to another and a young man was sitting inside whose face is not clear but blood coming out of his hands. Even he was also watching him and giving a devil laugh. They also said as the night wears on various screeching sounds can be heard, sometimes chairs automatically moves, sometimes a woman dressed in white is also seen sitting quietly.
