Travel experience in the world’s poorest country, Burundi
The poorest country in the world is Burundi. It is a country in Africa where tourists are afraid to go and their belongings are stolen from their hands. The African continent is called a poor continent, but even so, this country is completely below the poverty line, that is, there is no country in the world that is poorer than this country. When you come here, you will not get potable water, you will not get food, even if you have money in your hand, you will not get any service, that is, you should think a lot before coming here, and there is no security here, that is, there is a possibility of stealing food or money from your hand at any time. The country, economically and socially devastated, has reached the extremes of humanitarian crisis. When you come here, you will not get drinking water or any food, you will not get any security, any situation may happen to you at any time. When you come here you will see sewers and slums all around but there is no one to clean them. People are forced to live in that dirty pile.
Burundi is one of the poorest and least developed countries in the world in terms of nominal GDP per capita. It faces widespread poverty, corruption, instability, authoritarianism and illiteracy. The 2018 World Happiness Report ranked the country as the least happy in the world with a rank of 156. The country is constantly in civil war and eighty percent of the population is engaged in agriculture. In one place of internet renown, I saw a man saying that living in Burundi and sucking sour leaf lemons are the same thing. But it is not that there is no mineral wealth, the country has a lot of gold and diamond mines under its soil, but despite that, this country is poor because they have no attempt to improve in any technology. If you come here and talk to the people here you will realize that the people here are very far away from the civilized world i.e. even if you talk to them you cannot collect any information from them because they are very wild and they steal food considered to be their natural nature.
