With the speed of time the country is progressing towards development and with it the country’s GDP is increasing and the whole country is becoming economically prosperous as a result all the people of the country are benefiting. But the labor class people who primarily contributed the most to this development are not given respect. My article today is about why Labor people are disrespected in every case. People of this category do not get their due wages and respect they deserve, but the role of this category of people is important in the development of the country. I myself have worked in some private organizations and seen that the higher officials do not have a very positive attitude towards these labor class people but the production process is going on for all these people. I don’t know why they find it difficult to admit it. They are the lowest paid in terms of salary. The reason why the distribution system is so bad in our country is that people don’t find the energy to work because the man who is working 12 hours a day is helping the company to achieve that target by wasting his body, but if he has any illness, he The company does not want to take responsibility. However, if there are some incidents of office theft, there are many measures from the company so that even if they sit at home, they can get their due money, but in the case of laborers, there is no such facility, at least in most cases in our country, there is no such system.
No one can deny that in almost every country of the world, the oppression of the labor class people has been going on since ancient times and it continues even today. Maybe now it is not so much physical exploitation but the mental tea is made on the labor class people and the office staff think. It is only through pressure that the Labor community can be kept under control. Both labor talent is needed for production and development of the country. Just as an office staff is developing the company and the country through his talent, a worker is playing a similar role through his work. However, there is a huge difference between the salary of an office worker and a labour worker. I want to know why this difference?.Although there is a provident fund system for every worker in India, most of the employees are not aware about it, many companies or contracting firms do not deposit their dues in this provident fund properly, they also have no job security and the companies do not take any steps to see if they have any illness. As a result, the Labor community is always in a state of uncertainty. Being the son of a laborer myself, I understand this very well that my father, despite his hard work, we would not have been able to raise the amount of money we needed for our family, otherwise our family was always in need, but it is not that my father did not work hard. The families of millions of workers depend only on the labor of that worker, but no one thinks about them, our society considers workers as nothing even though it is a modern civilization, this thinking has not changed in that way. It is time to change our thinking as this category of people are helpless and society will give them great opportunities and exploit them for years, it is not expected from a civilized society. Not only in the organized sector but also in the organized sector, we want rules to prevent all injustices against the laborers. Workers and farmers are the real stage of development of the country because they are primarily involved in production but if we cannot stop their tears then maybe we will move forward in terms of development but we will lag far behind in terms of humanity.
