Why is technical study becoming so important nowadays? What is the way to reduce unemployment in a country with huge population like India?
Nowadays almost every people have realized that studying in general line is of no use so they have to learn something which is relevant to the present or future time so studying in technical line is a very good decision. At present a large part of the society is unemployed i.e. there is a great lack of employment but it would be wrong to say that there are very few vacancies in India. Actually, the companies are not able to prepare themselves according to the requirements of the themselves i.e. they are not skilled. Since independence, traditional education has come to India which is not able to provide any job to the candidate at present, so every one will admit that there is no alternative to technical education in terms of the need to introduce suitable educational system according to the time.
I was talking to a man who works as a 4th class worker in a company but his education may not be far but he has made a wise decision about his son’s future. He is preparing his son for technical education which may cost him a lot of money but it is certain that he has thought well enough about his son’s bright future. The man was very proud to tell me that his son knows to repair the AC refrigerator etc so he is not worried about his son’s future and will get his son married off as soon as he gets established in the workplace. That is, his son has not yet completed his studies but he is so confident that his son will acquire the skills to establish himself in the workplace very easily. That’s the thing about technical lines that ordinary lines can never give you this confidence. Actually, those who study in technical line do not need a job, even if they don’t get a job, they have the freedom to build an organization and start their own business on their own, so they don’t worry too much about success in the field of work if they do their study well.
This is the confidence that every boy and girl’s parents should have which parents who study in a normal line do not have because they are always thinking that after completing their education, will my son or daughter get a job, will they be established in employment etc. etc. Time has changed with the passage of time people’s thinking has changed and people have learned to understand and analyze any matter in an advanced way and their foresight about the future has increased many folds. I think there will come a time when there won’t be so many unemployed because the present generation is more advanced and advanced thinking, they anticipate the future better, so they don’t waste their time and future by studying in general lines, so everyone now. Thinking of studying in a different line according to their ability which I think will strengthen their future.
